Change order # to barcode

Hi these,

i have idea for change from normal # to barcode in transaction IW32. Could you please help me how to do as my idea below?

+ create Work order by IW31 with barcode --> print job ticket with barcode

+ read barcode on job ticket by hardware in transaction IW32
