Powerbuilder 12.6 crash error

Hi,

We recently upgraded PowerBuilder from 12.5 to 12.6 build 4081. One window in our application always crash when we save the data. It has unhandled win32 error on pb126.exe. But if I run in debug mode in my IDE, no error. Any idea?
