Query goes into debugger and show error messages

Hi experts,

We are using BW 7.4 on Hana database, we recently changed the structure of infoprovider, then run the program 'RSDDB_LOGINDEX_CREATE' to rebuild hana index according to SAP instruction.

However we still having problem when running the queries, the queries run into abap debugger, then show the following error message when we press the lookup button for any Infooject in RSRT.

Is anyone has similar problem and how to fix the problem?
