Dynamization with physical samples

Hi,

I have following complex requirement:

We use physical samples for results recording, and we require a dynamic result recording based on samples. The frequency have to be controlled by master data.

For example: 1 operation with 5 samples and 3 Characteristics (A,B,C).

For sample 1 record results for A and C (B skip)

For sample 2 record results only for B (A and C should be skip)

For sample 3 record results for A and C (B skip)

.....

Additional samples (manually assigned/added) have to recognize the frequency.

Any suggestion is highly welcome.
