Not getting the actual values of BSEG in F-53

Hi,

I have a requirement to send email with the document Item details once the save is pressed in transaction F-53.

I tried the enhancement F180A001 exit EXIT_SAPLF048_001,

but I am not getting the actual values there (for all the BSEG line items BELNR and AUGBL are same) that is getting updated after save in BSEG table.

Please tell me any BADI/EXIT or BTE where i can have the same values as BSEG table.
