Table T014N New Credit Control Areas to be set up

Does anyone know why this table is populated or which process is populating this table?

I have an issue because the values in this table are generating a message in FD32 "Credit Limit for CCA needs to be reset" this message is always shown no matter what.

If the record is deleted the message is gone but I need to know why this table has those values for several CCA's.
