Automatic multilevel packaging with reference material

Hello all together,

i need your support. I have the following situation:

We have different kind of materials (egg. picture only 3) and there is only one box type. A box always contains only one material with an amount between 1 and the the max. amount of the single material. Now we want to pack all material in boxes and the boxes on pallets to get mixed material pallets. 

Now we want use the functionality automatic packaging. But we dont know if it is possible to use reference materials to pack all products in boxes and than all boxes on pallets and how.

Could you help me?
