Show values in all rows

Hi All,

I want to use Excel sheet coming out from a report as a output, so for below case i am not able to find solution.

My data is as below.

Country    Char 1    Key-Figure1

India         A             10

                               20

                B             30

                               40

But i want to see output as below

Country    Char 1    Key-Figure1

India         A             10

India         A             20

India         B             30

India         B             40

Is there any option available in BEx?
