adding Field to vendor matchcode tabs

Hi,

In Transaction XK02 I have a requirement to add field NAME 3 (LFA1-NAME3) as a searchable field on the Vendors by Company Code tab under the Name tab. I have searched the forum and have not found any information on this. Can anyone provide a step by step explanation on how to go about this?
