Hi,
When employee salary is required to be stopped dues to employee absconding or due to disciplinary action, currently we are locking IT0003. Since return date of such guys is seldom known, these records are to be unlocked before Payroll is run.
At times this results in non payment to employee. Also in such cases, payroll runs into retro mode which is wrong as employee should not be paid for that period.
Which is the best solution to handle this situation?
