Employee service ticket type and category

Hi Guys,

 

We need your advise to resolve below issue:

 

1. We need to link service category with employee service Ticket type. for exa: if we have service ticket type T1 (Category-c1, c2, c3) and T2(Category-x1, x2, x3). Now I want if user selects ticket type T1 then he only can see category C1, c2, c3.

 

2. while creating ticket, Is it possible to default ticket team based on ticket type ?
