We are doing plant to plant stock transfer using two step process 303 followed by 305. We will get shipping note in excel with list f materials, quantity & date in issuing as well as receiving plant. Most of the time issue (303) & receipt (305) dates will be different.
Now, the problem is for some material e.g. Material X 303 qty. equal to 1252 EA on 24/08/2015, but while receiving it using 305 with posting date as 26/08/2015, system is giving error of PL stock exceeds stock in transfer by 421 EA. I've checked MB51 for material movements between removal & receiving dates, but nothing is there to confirm if only 831 EA can be posted on that date. Same is the case with MB5B report.
MARC is showing stock in transfer as 831 EA. My question is where exactly is stock of 421 is missing. Is there anything to be checked further.
We are using ECC 6.0 version.
