Virtual Provider returning invalid results after BW Patching

Hi Experts -

We have patched our BW environment to 7.01 SP17. After the patching, BCS reporting that uses Virtual Providers are generating invalid results while running reports through BEx or RSRT.

Query has been filtered at the parent node but when I ran query in debug mode to generate SQL, it is restricting to the child node and returning results only for that child node.

Any idea why it is doing this ? And how to resolve this ?

I have tried regenerating query, reactivating Virtual Cube etc. Also ran RSRV check but everything seems ok.
