Hi, I am currently the SAP C4C administrator for my company and still a new the to C4C SAP System
We have 3 divisions of how we route the activity plan for retail execution(We are a sales and merchandising company)
We create a rule using the the ABC classification
ABC Classification
A- Perishables
B-Syndicated
C- Dedicated
At the moment we have "Customers" as our Store Accounts(Stores we merchandise in)
So for e.g. You will have Store ABC then Store ABC Perishables, Store ABC Syndicated, Store ABC Dedicated. The accounts we have on our system is replicated to accommodate the routing as we cannot route the same activity plan to the perishable division opposed to the syndicated division
We now have a 4th division called the "Liquor Division", can we not extend the ABC classification to accommodate the 4th division? because I did try to to select "Account Name" Equals to Liquor, but when I create a visit, the rule doesn't seem to execute. I did fresh the rule and i assigned tasks and surveys automatically like we normally do.
When view the visit on the IPad, activity plan doesn't pull through
Any advice on how I can make this work?
